For any student wishing to study in the UK, US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA or countries in Europe, it is very important that your application is well prepared. Our counselors at GIS have already helped hundreds of students to submit successful applications and realize their goals, and we are here to assist you as well! Every student is unique so it's important that you discuss your case with your GIS counselor to ensure that you have a smooth transition to these countries.

At GIS, we provide you with international education advice based on your needs, motivation/interest, financial situation, and academic/career goals. With a vast number of students applying for a limited number of spots in universities abroad, we make sure that your application will give you the best chance of getting accepted.

Course and College/University Selection
We have several educational institutions internationally that we partner with, so we provide our clients with a range of options to choose from. We only work with reputable educational institutions and can therefore guarantee that the credential you come out with will be internationally valued and recognized.
Advice/Guidance
Application Documents: Application documents such as statement of intent/study plan, letter of recommendation/reference, and resume/CV can make the crucial difference as to whether you are accepted or not. Hence, our consultant will give you detailed advice including how to structure them, how to tailor your resume/CV, which of your past experiences to emphasize, reviewing them to ensure that they are outstanding.
Speedy Admission
Processing to Colleges/Universities: Our consultant will take care of the complete application process for you, from filling in the application forms, to dealing directly with the educational institution on your behalf.
Scholarship
Our knowledgeable education consultants are constantly informed about available scholarships and awards at various educational institutions abroad. So, we will be able to advice you if there is any scholarship/award available at your chosen educational institution and also help you with the application.
Visa Processing / Immigration Services
As an international student, you will need to successfully apply for a visa before you travel abroad to study. Each study destination has its own requirements, rules, and restrictions. Our trained visa counselors are able to guide you through the entire process of obtaining your student visa. A few of what our visa support and advisory encompasses are:

Advice you of the necessary documents required to apply for your student visa
Guide you on all aspects of the student visa process
Update you on any changes in visa rules and regulations
Assist with booking your medical examination/test
If you are invited for a visa interview, we offer you an opportunity to go through a mock visa interview with us. We will provide full support in preparing you for the interview, advise you on the likely format and examples of questions that you may be asked
In the unfortunate event that your student visa application is refused, we will examine the reasons provided and advise you on the next course of action (e.g. reapply and address the visa officer’s concern, appeal the decision, proceed with a judicial review, etc)
Assist you with your work permit application (including post-graduation work permits)
Immigration Services: for instance, for those students wishing to remain permanently in Canada after their studies, we will assist with your Canadian permanent residence application.

Pre-Departure Briefing/Orientation Session

We conduct pre-departure briefing/orientation sessions, where we provide you with realistic information on how to best prepare for traveling, living, working, and studying abroad. Pertinent information gotten from this session will help you avoid common mistakes during your study abroad journey.
